Wrath

The sin ‘Wrath’ can be described as inordinate and uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger.
This piece was created using various images of fire and fireworks overlaid onto the image of a screaming mouth. My reasons behind concentrating on the concept of wrath rather than the physical representations of it were simple, wrath gave me the opportunity to create something really abstract and expressive, I feel this image conveys the feelings of anger, violence and danger without actually referencing any particularly relevant object or situation. It allows the interpretation to be much more general.
